The unique location of the bungalow and the 290 degrees spacious balcony offers direct view of the sea and the backwaters. The cottages are airy and very well ventilated for guests to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the crosswind between the Sea and the backwaters. General facilities of the hotel

  • Quiet hour after 10 pm. Guests are requested to be sensitive towards other guests in regards to speaking loud.
  • Playing music is not allowed in all areas of the resort including rooms.
  • Guests are request to use the laundry service and not to wash clothes.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Children above the age of 5 are accepted as room guests.
  • Portage charges of Rupees 50/- per baggage per way.
  • Guests are requested to use the locker facility for storage of valuables & passports.
  • Housekeeping & change of linen on 3rd day.
